This invention relates to oleic acid derivative comprising a hydrophobic part C17H33 linked to a particular polar head part "A", especially for use as a medicament, for instance, for the treatment of a disorder caused by the GPR120 receptor and/or the CD36 receptor, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of said oleic acid derivative or of said pharmaceutical composition. The invention also relates to the use of said oleic acid derivative as a food composition.La présente invention concerne un dérivé d'acide oléique comprenant une partie hydrophobe C17H33 liée à une partie tête polaire particulière "A", en particulier pour une utilisation en tant que médicament, par exemple, pour le traitement d'un trouble provoqué par le récepteur GPR120 et/ou le récepteur CD36, comprenant l'administration à un sujet qui en a besoin d'une quantité thérapeutiquement efficace dudit dérivé d'acide oléique ou de ladite composition pharmaceutique. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation dudit dérivé d'acide oléique en tant que composition alimentaire.
