An oral care composition comprising: a combination of extracts containing an extract of Zizyphus joazeiro and a natural extract different from that of Zizyphus joazeiro； a carrier acceptable for the oral cavity, where the composition contains from 0.01% to 5% by weight of a combination of extracts. 2. The composition according to claim 1, containing from 0.01% to 2% by weight of the combination of extracts. The composition of claim 1, wherein the natural extract other than Zizyphus joazeiro extract is one or more natural extracts selected from the group consisting of extracts of oregano, magnolia, cranberry, rosemary, Camellia, morina, Zingiber officinale, Myristica fragrans, Punica granatum, Garcinia mangostana L., dzhabara, Azadirachta indica, Acacia, oolong, Juglans regia, Zanthoxylum alantum, Mimusops elengi, Hibiscus abelmoschus, Ayurvedic plants, Carapa procera, Acaciaceiacea coli, Chaya senegalensis, Salvadrachaececaecica colica nilotica, Achyrakhes aspera, Azadirachta indica, Aristolochia bracteolate, Cinnamomum camphora, Cinnamomum verum, Curcuma longa, Eucalyptus globulus, Ficus bengalensis, Juglans regia, Madhuca long ifolia, Mimusops elengi, Ocimum sanctum, oolong, betel leaf pepper, Piper longum, Piper nigrum, Potentilla fulgens, Syzygium aromaticum, Spilanthes calva, Vaccinium macrocarpon, Zanthoxylum armatum and mixtures thereof. 4. The composition according to claim 1, further comprising an additional antibacterial agent selected from: phenolic compounds, tin ions, zinc ions and mixtures thereof. The composition of claim 4, wherein the zinc ions provided by one or more zinc-containing compounds selected from the group consisting of zinc acetate, zinc citrate, zinc gluconate, zinc glycinate, zinc oxide, zinc sulfate, sodium zinc citrate and mixtures thereof .6.
