An engineered medical device for treatment of osteonecrosis is provided where the size, porosity and ceramic content of the device can be personalized based on an individual patients anatomical and physiological condition. The device distinguishes different segments mimicking anatomically-relevant cortical and cancellous segments, in which the cortical segments of the device can sustain mechanical loading, and the cancellous segment of the device can promote bone ingrowth, osteogenesis and angiogenesis.La présente invention concerne un dispositif médical amélioré permettant le traitement de la nécrose aseptique. La taille, la porosité et la teneur en céramique du dispositif peuvent être personnalisées sur la base de létat anatomique et physiologique dun patient individuel. Le dispositif comprend différents segments distincts imitant des segments spongieux et corticaux anatomiquement pertinents, les segments corticaux du dispositif pouvant supporter une charge mécanique, et le segment spongieux du dispositif pouvant favoriser linterposition osseuse, lostéogenèse et langiogenèse.
