The present invention relates to: a composition containing, as an active ingredient, wall teichoic acid (WTA)-attached peptidoglycan (PGN)； a method for preventing or treating Staphylococcus aureus infection by using the composition； and a method for preparing soluble wall teichoic acid-attached peptidoglycan (WTA-PGN), which can be used as an active ingredient in the composition. The composition of the present invention can be utilized for the prevention or treatment of Staphylococcus aureus infection by: opsonophagocytosis caused by an antigen-antibody reaction； and neutrophil-mediated phagocytosis caused by T cell activation during the early stage of infection.La présente invention concerne : une composition contenant, comme ingrédient actif, un peptidoglycane (PGN) attaché à l'acide téichoïque de paroi (WTA) ； un procédé pour la prévention ou le traitement d'une infection par Staphylococcus aureus au moyen de la composition ； et un procédé de préparation d'un peptidoglycane attaché à l'acide téichoïque de paroi (WTA-PGN) soluble, qui peut être utilisé en tant que principe actif dans la composition. La composition selon la présente invention peut être utilisée pour la prévention ou le traitement d'une infection par Staphylococcus aureus par : une opsonophagocytose provoquée par une réaction antigène-anticorps ； et une phagocytose médiée par des neutrophiles provoquée par l'activation des lymphocytes T pendant le stade précoce d'infection.본 발명은 벽테이코산(WTA)-부착된 펩티도글리칸(PGN)을 유효성분으로 포함하는 조성물, 상기 조성물을 이용한 포도상구균 감염 질환의 예방 또는 치료방법 및 상기 조성물에서 유효성분으로 사용될 수 있는 가용성 벽테이코산-부착된 펩티도글리칸(WTA-PGN)을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 조성물은 항원-항체 반응에 의한 옵소닌 식세포 작용(opsonophagocytosis) 및 감염 초기에 T 세포 활성화에 의한 호중구 매개의 식세포 작용 (phagocytosis)에 의해 포도상구균 감염 질환을 예방 또는 치료하는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
