PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide superior warm food even if power failure occurs.SOLUTION: A cool temperature storage device comprises a refrigeration chamber a heat storage chamber a cooling means 55 for cooling both the refrigeration chamber and the heat storage chamber a heating means 45 for heating the heat storage chamber a control part 60 to cause the cooling means 55 to perform cold insulation operation for cooling both the refrigeration chamber and the heat storage chamber and cause the cooling means 55 to cool the refrigeration chamber and the heating means 45 to perform heating operation to heat the heat storage chamber. The device is provided with the control part 60 for detecting occurrence of power failure at the time of the heating operation and memory means 63. The control part 60 causes the heating operation to be carried out after recovery from the power failure when it detects occurrence of the power failure at the time of the heating operation.
