The present invention relates to evaluate methods for binding between bovine serum albumin (BSA) and 3-amino-l-(3-fluorophenyl)- 1H-benzo[f]chromene-2-carbonitrile. Spectrofluorimetry, circular dichroism and NMR were used to determine various biophysical parameters involved in BSA-3-amino-l-(3-fluorophenyl)- 1H-benzo[f]chromene-2-carbonitrile interaction.
