PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device for laminated cheese capable of surely preventing layer delamination even cutting cheese cards laminated in layers along a laminating direction.SOLUTION: Cutting blades 20 for cutting the cheese cards 2 laminated while sandwiching taste materials, food ingredients between layers from the lower side to the upper side in the laminating direction are arranged in the device. A supporting member 30 having a supporting arm part 34 supporting the bottom face of the portion cheese 3 cut by the cutting blades 20 is rotatably arranged between the cutting blades 20. In the supporting member 30, the supporting arm part 34 is arranged rotatably such that supporting arm part evacuates from the bottom face of the portion cheese 3 when dropping the cut portion cheese 3 by a taking out member.
