A method of constructing a patient-specific orthopedic implant comprising: (a) comparing a patient-specific abnormal bone model, derived from an actual anatomy of a patient's abnormal bone, with a reconstructed patient-specific bone model, also derived from the anatomy of the patient's bone, where the reconstructed patient-specific bone model reflects a normalized anatomy of the patient's bone, and where the patient-specific abnormal bone model reflects an actual anatomy of the patient's bone including at least one of a partial bone, a deformed bone, and a shattered bone, wherein the patient-specific abnormal bone model comprises at least one of a patient-specific abnormal point cloud and a patient-specific abnormal bone surface model, and wherein the reconstructed patient-specific bone model comprises at least one of a reconstructed patient-specific point cloud and a reconstructed patient-specific bone surface model.La présente invention concerne un procédé de construction d'un implant orthopédique spécifique à un patient comprenant : (a) la comparaison d'un modèle d'os anormal spécifique au patient, dérivé de l'anatomie réelle d'un os anormal d'un patient, à un modèle d'os spécifique au patient reconstruit, également dérivé de l'anatomie de l'os du patient, le modèle d'os spécifique au patient reconstruit reflétant une anatomie normalisée de l'os du patient, et le modèle d'os anormal spécifique au patient reflétant une anatomie réelle de l'os du patient comprenant au moins l'un parmi un os partiel, un os déformé et un os cassé, le modèle d'os anormal spécifique au patient comprenant un nuage de points anormal spécifique au patient et/ou un modèle de surface osseuse anormale spécifique au patient, et le modèle d'os spécifique au patient reconstruit comprenant un nuage de points spécifique au patient reconstruit et/ou un modèle de surface osseuse spécifique au patient reconstruit.
