PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for food freshness maintaining which can achieve freshness maintaining of fresh food of fruit and others for a long term as required for overseas exporting, and a food transport container equipped with the sheet.SOLUTION: There is provided a sheet for food freshness maintaining, which comprises a first hydrogel sheet.
