PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective utilization method, in a method for utilizing far-infrared radiation where a far-infrared radiation substance is ingested, far-infrared rays are radiated to the surface of a small bowel upon passing through the small bowel to achieve health promotion.SOLUTION: The simple substance of a water-soluble salt, organic acid and saccharide as food or a mixture thereof is carried on wood charcoal or bamboo charcoal powder, and ingestion is performed.【課題】遠赤外線放射物質を経口摂取し、小腸通過時に小腸の表面に遠赤外線を放射せしめ健康増進を図る遠赤外線の利用方法において、効果のある利用方法を提供する。【解決手段】食品である水溶性の塩、有機酸並びに糖類を単味または混合し、遠赤外線放射物質である木炭あるいは竹炭粉末に担持させ、経口摂取する。【選択図】なし
