It is the treatment method provided with the minimal invasive procedure, with a low risk and quick method in order to fix the deformations formed on the vertebra of the human spine and the XLIF cage implant (K) which provides the realization of the method. With the parallel slides (30) and the connected junctures (70) on them it includes left body (10) and the right body (20) which can move on the y axis. By rotating the worm screw (60) the opening and closure of the cage implant (K) can be adjusted. As it can be applied in closed state, the application operation can be realized through a minimally invasive method.İnsan omurgasındaki omurlarda oluşan deformasyonların giderilmesine yönelik minimal kesi açılarak, düşük riskli ve hızlı uygulanan bir tedavi yöntemi ve yöntemin gerçekleştirilmesini sağlayan XLIF kafes implanttır (K). Üzerlerindeki paralel kızaklar (30) ve üzerlerine irtibatlanan mafsallar (70) sayesinde y ekseninde hareket edebilen sol gövde (10) ve sağ gövde (20) bulunur. Sonsuz vidanın (60) döndürülmesi ile kafes implantın (K) açılıp kapanması ayarlanabilir. Kapalı konumdayken uygulanabilmesi sayesinde minimal kesiyle uygulama operasyonu gerçekleştirilebilir.
