This product is soymilk added cereal pulps in UHT packaging which is making its novelty. This type of product added cereal pulps by using UHT manufacturing system has never been found in the markets. Its content is mainly soymilk added cereal pulps which may be selected from the following raw materials: corn, brown rice, barley, black bean, red bean, green gram, job-tear, konnyaku-pearl, soybean curd, and basil seeds, then to be aseptically filled in UHT packaging. Therefore, it is not just drinking UHT liquid soymilk but to increase chewing action. To make more palatable by added sugar or sweeteners, food additives as stabilizers and salts, and also to make more healthy by added nutritive value substances, then all of them as mentioned above are passed through UHT manufacturing process to assure of food safety, and suddenly aseptically filled into UHT packaging. Or to be separately sterilized among soymilk mixed with other ingredients and prepared cereal pulps passed through UHT process and suddenly aseptically filled into UHT packaging.
