PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic joint moving device capable of naturally moving major three joints forming the thorax, namely, the intervertebral joint, costovertebral joint, and sternocostal joint, by automatic movement of a user.SOLUTION: An automatic joint moving device 1 comprises a material with elasticity, and is used in a supine state, with it placed between the back and a floor surface. The automatic joint moving device includes: a first protrusion 10, a recess 20, and a second protrusion 30 that are continuously formed from the pelvis side to the cranial bone along the longitudinal direction and a dent 40 extending in the longitudinal direction, and bulges 50 at the left/right of the dent that are continuously formed on an upper central part.
