Disclosed is a dual dose-loading dose-delivery guide system for loading and dispensing a single, small dose volume from an injection syringe to improve medicament dose accuracy by non-medically trained users. The dual dose-loading dose-delivery guide system comprises a dose-delivery guide configured to be placed at least partially around an extended syringe plunger rod of the injection syringe at a location proximal of the proximal end of a syringe barrel of the injection syringe and distal of the proximal end of the extended plunger rod for guided displacement of the plunger rod therethrough. The dose-delivery guide is rigid along its height and has a predetermined dimension, and is configured to stop movement of the extended syringe plunger rod into the syringe barrel so that a predetermined distance remains between the proximal end of the syringe barrel and the proximal end of the plunger rod, where the predetermined distance corresponds to the predetermined dimension. A removable dose-loading guide comprises a grip portion and a collar portion connected to the grip portion, the collar portion configured to be removably placed along the dose-delivery guide. The collar portion is rigid along its height and includes an opening for removably receiving the dose-delivery guide, and wherein the collar has a predetermined dimension, and is configured to stop movement of the extended plunger rod into the syringe barrel, so that a predetermined distance remains between the proximal end of the syringe barrel and the proximal end of the plunger rod, the predetermined distance corresponding to the predetermined dimension. The difference between the predetermined dimension of the dose-delivery guide and the predetermined dimension of the dose-loading guide is h calculated from the formula &ngr; = &pgr; r2 h where &ngr; is the dose volume to be delivered, r is the radius of the inner dimension of the syringe barrel, and h is the distance the plunger rod has to travel within th
