This invention provides a process for preparing an inhalable dry powder pharmaceutical formulation comprising the step of heating a sealed wrapper containing a desiccant and an inhaler or a capsule, the inhaler or capsule further containing a dry powder formulation comprising an inhalable active pharmaceutical ingredient and a carrier, wherein the wrapper forms a barrier to the ingress of moisture and wherein heating the sealed wrapper and its contents is performed at a temperature of 30-50°C.La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une formulation pharmaceutique de poudre sèche pouvant être inhalée, comprenant l'étape consistant à chauffer une enveloppe étanche contenant un déshydratant et un inhalateur ou une capsule, ledit inhalateur ou ladite capsule contenant en outre une formulation de poudre sèche comprenant un principe actif pharmaceutique pouvant être inhalé et un véhicule, l'enveloppe formant une barrière à la pénétration de l'humidité et le chauffage de l'enveloppe étanche et de son contenu étant effectué à une température de 30 à 50 °C.
