PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ingestible beverages or other foods containing one kind or a plurality of host molecule capable of binding to fat molecules, such as cyclodextrin and/or amylose, which can form an inclusion composite by a host molecule with the fat molecules after being delivered to gastrointestinal tracts of animals, where the host can closely bind with a neutral fat molecule in the gastrointestinal tracts of animals thereafter.SOLUTION: A fat binding composition contains an inclusion complex with a host molecule and a guest molecule. Examples of the gust molecule include one or more kind of amino acid, vitamin, flavor agent or a related compound, rutin, betanin and a derivative thereof and a mixture thereof. The fat binding composition can be for example in the form of a tablet or a powder and can be incorporated into foods or beverage products. If in form of the powder or the tablet, the composition may contain a carbonation generation component in some cases, and can be dissolved in carbonic water or non-carbonic water.
