PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture needle cartridge improving operability of a series of puncture-related operations.SOLUTION: The puncture needle cartridge includes: a lancet body a puncture needle buried in the lancet body across the front/rear of a fracture part of the lancet body a lancet case fitted around the outer periphery of an intermediate part of the lancet body a guide protrusion provided at a puncture needle cover part of the lancet body a spiral guide part provided from the front end to the rearward in the lancet case such that the lancet case receives turning force by the guide protrusion a slide protrusion provided on a rear side of the fracture part of the lancet body and protruding in the outer peripheral direction and a slide groove provided on the lancet case for guiding the slide protrusion in the rear direction.
