PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide drug-containing particles that have sufficient strength which withstand tableting, coating or the like, and is given desired functionality, and a manufacturing method of the particles.SOLUTION: The present invention provides hollow particles each of which comprises a shell and a hollow part, in which the shell contains drug and polymer, and a volume ratio of hollow with respect to the entire particles is 1% to 50%.
