The present invention relates to a method for predicting a change in user characteristics using EEG data. The method for predicting a change in user characteristics using EEG data according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step of providing a transcranial current stimulation (tCS) database on which EEG change data for a plurality of subjects which indicate changes in EEG data of the subjects according to tCS and are classified by subject characteristics are stored； a step of acquiring the EEG data of a user； a step of extracting the EEG change data of a subject having characteristics corresponding to user characteristics derived from the EEG data of the user and/or user characteristics which can be acquired from the user from the tCS database； and a step of predicting a change in user characteristics by considering the extracted EEG change data if the tCS is applied to the user.EEG 데이터를 이용하여 사용자 특성의 변화를 예측하는 방법이 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 EEG 데이터를 이용하여 사용자 특성의 변화를 예측하는 방법은, 경두개 전류 자극(tCS)에 따른 대상의 EEG 데이터의 변화를 나타내는 EEG 변화 데이터가 복수의 대상에 대하여 저장된 tCS 데이터베이스를 제공하는 단계로서, EEG 변화 데이터는 대상 특성에 따라 분류되어 저장되는 것인, tCS 데이터베이스를 제공하는 단계； 사용자의 EEG 데이터를 획득하는 단계； 상기 사용자의 EEG 데이터로부터 도출되는 사용자 특성 또는 상기 사용자로부터 획득 가능한 사용자 특성 중 적어도 하나에 대응되는 특성을 가지는 대상에 대한 EEG 변화 데이터를 상기 tCS 데이터베이스로부터 추출하는 단계； 및 상기 추출된 EEG 변화 데이터를 고려하여, 상기 사용자에게 경두개 전류 자극을 가하는 경우 일어나는 사용자 특성의 변화를 예측하는 단계를 포함한다.
