Components according to the present invention fill a part of the vagina of a woman with low pressure in her vagina due to childbirth and aging, so a space in which the penis of a man is inserted is narrowed. Therefore, sexual satisfaction for both a man and a woman may be improved. Maternity or invasive operation is not separately needed, and the underwear may be re-used after being washed.
