A scoliosis brace comprises a flexible belt, and vertical strut(s) configured to removably couple with the inner surface of the flexible belt. Each vertical strut can comprise one or more pads positioned above and below the flexible belt, and be configured to restrict movement of a wearer’s body along the coronal plane. The scoliosis brace relieves pain, enhances the quality of life of scoliosis patients, and is highly adjustable. Additionally, the brace has been shown to improve posture, enhance mobility and increase a patient’s ability to perform daily activities. The problems solved include bulkiness, lack of adjustability, and inability to inconspicuously wear a scoliosis correcting brace or perform daily activities.
