FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the field of drugs, and more particularly, to guanidine derivatives containing furan structures and compositions thereof, wherein the derivatives and compositions thereof are pathological with tryptophan metabolic pathways mediated by indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenases. It can be applied to the manufacture of drugs for treating characteristic diseases.
