PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide anti-K11 linkage polyubiquitin antibodies.SOLUTION: Provided is an isolated antibody that specifically binds to a first polyubiquitin comprising K11 lysine linkage, the antibody does not specifically bind to a second polyubiquitin having a second lysine linkage, where the second lysine linkage is different from the K11 lysine linkage. The antibody can be used as a tool for directly detecting K11 linked polyubiquitin chains regulating cellular protein degradation.
