PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device capable of effectively emitting ion mist to a user himself or users living space.SOLUTION: A television receiver comprises: a display panel that displays images an ion mist emission unit that emits ion mist, which is disposed on the rear side of the display panel for a louver 50 that guides the ion mist emitted from the ion mist emission unit to a viewing space in front of the display panel and a light source 60 that is turned on while the ion mist emission unit emits the ion mist, the light source 60 being disposed at a position where a user in the viewing space hardly recognize.
