PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation conversion panel configured to prevent image quality deterioration of a radiation image.SOLUTION: The radiation conversion panel 70 includes: a support substrate 120 having fluorescent materials 122 mixed therein, and also, functioning as a scintillator having a sensitivity to radiation a photoelectric conversion element 72 formed on the support substrate 120 and having a sensitivity to fluorescence emitted from the fluorescent materials 122 and a TFT 82 for outputting the signal of the photoelectric conversion element 72.
