The present invention provides a novel molecule marker for resistance to an anticancer agent for biliary tract cancer, and diagnostic and therapeutic uses thereof. The marker, according to the present invention, shows significantly increased expression in an anticancer agent-resistant biliary tract cancer cell line compared to a non-anticancer agent-resistant biliary tract cancer cell line. By inhibiting the expression of protein in the marker according to the present invention, sensitivity of anticancer agent-resistant biliary tract cancer to the anticancer agent can be increased.La présente invention concerne un nouveau marqueur moléculaire pour la résistance à un agent anticancéreux pour le cancer du tractus biliaire, et des utilisations diagnostiques et thérapeutiques de celui-ci. Le marqueur, selon la présente invention, présente une expression significativement accrue dans une lignée cellulaire du cancer du tractus biliaire résistant à un agent anticancéreux comparativement à une lignée cellulaire du cancer du tractus biliaire non-résistant à un agent anticancéreux. Par linhibition de lexpression de la protéine dans le marqueur selon la présente invention, la sensibilité dun cancer du tractus biliaire résistant à un agent anticancéreux vis-à-vis de lagent anticancéreux peut être augmentée.본 발명은 담도암의 항암제 내성에 대한 신규한 분자 마커 및 이의 진단과 치료적 용도를 제공한다. 본 발명의 마커는 항암제 비내성 담 도암 세포주에 비하여 항암제 내성 담도암 세포주에서 현저히 발현이 증가되어 있다. 본 발명의 마커 단백질의 발현 억제를 통하여 항암제 내성 담도암의 항암제에 대한 감수성을 증진시킬 수 있다.
