The present invention relates to a chili pepper harvesting machine capable of being driven and effectively sorting chill peppers from harvests. The machine includes: a driving part driven based on power of an engine a separating part separating chill peppers from harvest targets brought inside by the driving of the driving part a separation and transfer part transferring harvests collected from the separating part and a sorting part separating impurities from the harvests transferred from the separation and transfer part. The sorting part comprises: a casing of which upper part is opened, and installed in a lower part of the separation and transfer part multiple support shafts installed on both side walls of the casing and multiple sorting panels installed on the support shafts at regular intervals. The rotation of the support shafts rotates the sorting panels to transfer the harvests on the panels.
