Aspects of the disclosure relate to methods for treating cancer, e.g., by administering to a subject having cancer a primary cell-derived biologic with multiple cytokine components in combination with an antagonist of programmed cell death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) or programmed cell death 1 (PD-1) and/or with an antagonist of cytotoxic T-lymphocyte- associated protein 4 (CTLA-4).
