The medical vacuum-aspiration device contains a vacuum cylinder, a plunger and a blocking mechanism. The vacuum cylinder is made in fact closed or with a possibility of closing at the first end by means of a valve, being closed at the second end by means of the plunger, capable of travelling along the cylinder axis. The said plunger has a rod and is capable of keeping from travelling towards the valve, when located adjacent to the second end, by means of the blocking mechanism.
