PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe including protection circuits capable of suppressing power-supply noise by reducing an instantaneous current and reducing the power consumption.SOLUTION: A probe includes: a plurality of signal transmission/receiving parts 1 each including protection circuits 5 and 6 for protecting a protection object circuit 4 from a high voltage signal, and a detection circuit 7 for detecting the high voltage signal and a control part 8.
