PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a durable ground-covering weedproof sheet suitable for laying itself on any ground surface and having favorable effects on all kinds of cultivated plants and trees. SOLUTION: This ground-covering weedproof sheet has a laminated structure composed of a ground surface side sheet of a spunbond 1 comprising at least one kind of fiber selected from polyester fiber, polypropylene fiber and polyethylene fiber and an atmospheric side sheet of a nonwoven fabric 2 consisting mainly of wool so as to be bound to each other.
