An internal phase container provided in the housing and containing an internal phase fluid forming an internal phase of the emulsion； and a path for moving the external phase fluid and the internal phase fluid, wherein the external phase fluid and the internal phase fluid are provided. A cosmetic composition containing an emulsion, comprising: a fluid channel configured to form the emulsion by merging with each other； and a tube configured to discharge the emulsion from the fluid channel.
