The invention relates to a vegetable and fruit fiber paper structure that combines membrane fiber pieces with filament fiber pieces of several kinds of vegetable fiber bodies by the gelatin fiber slurry connection piece to form a vegetable fiber paper structure. Pulp fiber pieces of several kinds of fruit fiber bodies are combined by pectin fiber slurry connection piece to form a fruit fiber paper structure.
