The purpose of the present invention is to establish an extraction method for preparing a Halocynthia roretzi extract with improved anti-inflammatory effects and immunomodulatory activities by solving problems including human toxicity, low extraction yield, high expenses, and others as problems of conventional extraction methods, and by increasing contents of polysaccharides in the extract.
