The present invention relates to a spine corrector in which a buttock- and leg-mounting unit, the central shaft of which is arranged separately from a bed in the vicinity of the spine, angularly moves so as to prevent the sprain or the like of the spine and surrounding muscles during a spine-twisting motion and maximize the effects of treating spondyloarthritis. Specifically, the spine corrector (1) of the present invention comprises: a slidable bed (2) arranged on an upper portion of a base frame (4) constituting the spine corrector device (1) so as to allow the head and back of a patient to lie thereon angular movement means (6) installed in a frame (6a) on the upper portion of the base frame (4) and a buttock- and leg-mounting unit (5) capable of angularly moving at a central shaft (8) positioned at the center of the spine by means of the angular movement means (6), and capable of supporting the buttocks and legs of the patient. The above-described spine corrector of the present invention is configured such that the buttock- and leg-mounting unit arranged separately from the bed performs a twisting motion, the center of the spine and the shaft being coaxially arranged when the buttock- and leg-mounting unit performs the twisting motion in the forward and backward directions by means of the angular motion means, thereby preventing, in advance, a sprain of the spine or the surrounding muscles. The spine corrector of the present invention is advantageous in that the height of the buttock- and leg-mounting unit can be adjusted to fit the body type of the patient by means of a height-adjusting means such that the center of the spine and the center of the shaft may correspond to one another, thereby achieving superior compatibility among various patients and contributing to the strengthening and treatment of the spine, the surrounding muscles, and the like.La présente invention concerne un dispositif de correction de la colonne vertébrale dans lequel un module servant
