The present invention relates to a novel family of covalent kinasesinhibitors. Compounds of thisclass have been found to have inhibitory activity against members of the Teckinase family,particularly ITK and/or RLK. The present inventions directed to a compound ofFormula I(see formula I)or pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates, solvates of salts,stereoisomers, tautomers,isotopes, prodrugs, complexes or biologically active metabolites thereof, foruse in therapy.
