The present invention relates to an apparatus to eliminate in a port bottle to cultivate a mushroom and, more specifically, to an apparatus to eliminate air in a port bottle to cultivate a mushroom comprising: a main body (1) having a control panel (101) rotatable to the left and right on an upper side； an inlet unit formed by enabling a chain conveyor belt (2) driven by a motor to be installed towards a width direction of the main body (1)； an outlet unit formed by enabling a roller conveyor belt (3) driven by the motor to be installed against the inlet unit； a rotation lifting unit which lifts a basket in a fixated state having stacked port bottles inputted in the inlet unit, turns, descends and fixates the same； an air unit which forcibly discharges a medium inside the port bottle, after injecting a spraying nozzle (8) in a plurality of insides of the port bottle turned and fixated on the rotation lifting unit by spraying a high pressure compressed air, thereby making the basket exchange quickly and the waste medium cleaned and discharged quickly using a high pressure compressed air forcibly discharging the medium inside the port bottle.본 발명은 버섯 재배 포트병용 에어 탈병 장치에 관한 것으로 더욱 구체적으로는 상부 일측에 좌우로 회전 가능케 컨트럴패널(101)을 설치한 본체(1)와； 모터에 의해 구동되는 체인컨베이어(2)를 본체(1) 일측면에 가로 방향으로 설치하여 된 투입부와； 모터에 의해 구동되는 롤러컨베이어(3)를 본체(1) 일측면에 형성된 투입부와 반대 방향으로 설치하여 된 배출부와； 투입부로 투입된 바스켓에 적재된 포트병을 고정한 상태로 바스켓을 들어올리면서 뒤집은 후 다시 바스켓을 하강시켜 일정 위치에 고정하는 회전승강부와； 회전승강부에 고정된 바스켓에 뒤집혀 고정되는 다수의 포트병 내부에 분사노즐(8)을 투입한 후 고압의 압축공기를 분사하여 포트병 내부의 배지를 강제 배출하는 에어유닛부로 구성함으로써 탈병 작업을 위한 바스켓의 공급과 배출이 신속하게 이루어질 뿐만 아니라, 고압의 압축공기를 이용하여 포트병 내부의 배지를 강제 배출함으로써 폐 배지의 신속하고 깨끗한 배출이 이루어지는 효과가 있다.
