A fabric which comprises at least an elastic and electrically conductive track (1) integrated into the fabric. Electrode and tracks integrated in a garment are minimaly invasive, flexible, conformable to the human body including in movement and resistant to repeated washing. Also disclosed is a process to obtain the fabric, as well as to the use of a silicone rubber loaded with an electrically conductive material for the preparation of the fabric of the invention.
