PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new bis(styryl)pyrimidine derivative compound and a new bis(styryl)benzene derivative compound, and a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof.SOLUTION: The bis(styryl)pyrimidine derivative and the bis(styryl)benzene derivative are represented by chemical formula 1. A pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, a production method thereof, and a preventive or therapeutic medicinal composition for a &beta amyloid-accumulation-related disease comprising the same as an effective ingredient are also provided.
