The hollow interior of the drum (1) incorporates a horizontal support structure (7), which, in turn, comprises an upper side (8), with an essentially pyramidal geometry, and a flat lower side, wherein an emitter (9) that emits electromagnetic energy in the far-infrared region is placed.
