The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a TCF7L2 protein or gene as an effective component for preventing or treating non-alcoholic fatty liver disease induced by an increase in de novo lipogenesis. The composition of the present invention, comprising the TCF7L2 protein or gene as an effective component, may be beneficially used as a therapeutic agent for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease induced by a high carbohydrate diet, or by de novo lipogenesis induced by a high carbohydrate diet.La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique comprenant une protéine ou un gène TCF7L2 en tant que composant efficace pour prévenir ou traiter une stéatose hépatique non alcoolique induite par une augmentation de la lipogenèse de novo.
