A vertical cultivation type frame structure through space utilization of the present invention includes: a vertical frame part including a plurality of first vertical bars which are spaced apart from one another in a horizontal direction and second vertical bars correspondingly provided to face the first vertical bars； a connection frame part connecting the first and second vertical bars facing each other, and having a mist pipe installed to spray a nutrient solution into the vertical frame part； and a horizontal frame part each provided in the outer sides the first and second vertical bars to connect a plurality of the first vertical bars and connect a plurality of the second vertical bars, and including first horizontal bars which have a lower groove formed to be recessed into the upper side surface thereof and second horizontal bars which are provided to be spaced apart from one another in the upper side of the first horizontal bars correspondingly to the same and have an upper groove formed to be recessed into the lower side surface thereof wherein plant cultivation plates having plants cultivated thereon are provided to be slid into the lower and upper grooves by inserting lower and upper sides of the plant cultivation plates into lower and upper grooves respectively in a state that the plant cultivation plates stand vertically.
