The present invention relates to a street tree protecting cover including a water storage space, capable of supporting street trees while protecting the trees after being installed around the trees. The present invention includes: an innermost cover part including a plurality of water through holes, and located on the innermost ground surface of a street tree to surround the tree； a middle cover part including a plurality of water through holes, and located on a ground surface outside the innermost cover part； an outermost cover part surrounding the street tree from the outermost side of the middle cover part； and a water storage container including a whole water through hole in a lateral lower part or the bottom, located at the bottom of the innermost cover part, the middle cover part, and the outermost cover part to have a water storage space for storing rainwater, and supplying water to the roots of the street tree through the water through hole for an extended time.
