The present invention relates to a composition for tableting using a natural excipient. More specifically, by using the composition of the present invention in the preparation of tablets, tablets with excellent qualities composed of chicory fibers, whole milk powder, yeast, and a kelp extract as a natural excipient can be provided. Water and alcohol granules may be further added to improve flowability.
