A manufacturing method of cinerary urn includes following steps: pickling a quartz material to form a clean substrate； treating the clean substrate with a hydrothermal method, and then heating the clean substrate to form a molten substrate； placing the molten substrate in a mold to form a primary product, and modifying the primary product to from a crystal cinerary urn. Finally, a crystal cinerary urn having tenacity and robustness is manufactured.本發明提供一種水晶骨灰罈之製程方法，其包含下列步驟：將一石英原料進行一酸洗處理，以形成一潔淨基材；將潔淨基材透過一水熱法處理，再將經過水熱法處理之潔淨基材進行一加熱處理，以形成一熔融基材；接著，將熔融基材放至模具中，以形成一初始製品，將初始製品經過修飾，以形成一水晶骨灰罈；藉以製成兼具韌性及硬度之水晶骨灰罈。
