A self-adhesive absorbing sheet and its manufacturing method are disclosed. The self-adhesive absorbing sheet comprises a self-adhesive layer, a carboxymethyl cellulose fiber foam body, and a release paper. The manufacturing method mainly comprises the following steps: subjecting cellulose fibers to treatments of alkalization, etherification and acid-base titration mixing and stirring with a gel that is formed by stirring alginate and pure water followed by drying, freezing and vacuum extraction of water to form a carboxymethyl cellulose fiber foam body, and the carboxymethyl cellulose fiber foam body is sealed between the self-adhesive layer and the release paper. When in use, the user only needs to tear off the release paper for overlaying the carboxymethyl cellulose fiber foam body over the wound in order to absorb wound exudates, and the wound can be kept dry and moist accordingly. After reaching saturation of absorption, the carboxymethyl cellulose fiber foam body exhibits a gel state and becomes difficult to collapse, thereby not only avoiding sticking to the wound, but also preventing exudates from infecting the nearby skin and hence the occurrence of infiltration.
