PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system kitchen that enables electrolytic water to directly reach the whole chopping board by moving the chopping board, even when the electrolytic water is discharged in the form of a mist.SOLUTION: A system kitchen comprises an irradiation part that applies light in an irradiation range larger than an electrolytic water spray range, in almost the same position as an upper end of a sink in a vertical direction.
