The present invention relates to a kelp composite food and a method for producing the same. The kelp composite food comprises: a ready-to-eat food, a kelp and a packaging element. The ready-to-eat food is cooked and prepared, and the ready-to-eat food is a bean product, a vegetarian product, or a wheat product. The kelp is cooked and prepared, and the kelp is arranged at least on one side of the ready-to-eat food. The packaging element is used to package and define the ready-to-eat food and the kelp. The packaging element includes a holding part and a covering part, in which the holding part is provided with at least one holding space to hold the ready-to-eat food and the kelp, and the covering part is used to cover the holding part. The kelp composite food of the present invention is a ready-to-eat food, so that consumers can simultaneously eat and sense the taste of the kelp and the ready-to-eat food, thereby enhancing richness of the taste. In addition, although the kelp and the ready-to-eat food are packaged together, the taste of each product remains unchanged and each product keeps its own taste. Furthermore, it can overcome the problem that the kelp is slippery and hard to be shaped.
