The present invention relates to a moisture stick-type cosmetic composition, and more specifically, to a moisture stick-type cosmetic composition having excellent product stability and dermal stability. The moisture stick-type cosmetic composition according to the present invention comprises a solidifying agent, an aqueous-phase hardness forming agent, a pH regulator, an emulsifier, an irritation-relieving agent, an oil phase, and an aqueous phase, wherein the solidifying agent is sodium stearate, the aqueous-phase hardness forming agent is disteareth-100 IPDI, and the pH regulator is a mixture of salicylic acid, sodium citrate, and sodium chloride. The moisture stick-type cosmetic composition according to the present invention has high preservation hardness stability by having the aqueous-phase hardness forming agent, disteareth-100 IPDI, introduced into the aqueous phase； has a stabilized pH by using the pH regulator in which salicylic acid, sodium citrate, and sodium chloride are mixed in a predetermined ratio； has excellent formulation durability (hardness, sweating)； and has excellent dermal stability effect due to the irritation-relieving agent.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020본 발명은 수분 스틱형 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 제품 안정성 및 피부 안정성이 우수한 수분 스틱형 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 수분 스틱형 화장료 조성물은 고형화제, 수상 경도 형성제, pH 조절제, 유화제, 자극 완화제, 유상부 및 수상부를 포함하는 수분 스틱형 화장료 조성물에 있어서, 상기 고형화제는 소듐스테아레이트(sodium stearate)이고, 상기 수상 경도 형성제는 디스테아레스-100 IPDI (disteareth-100 IPDI)이며, 상기 pH 조절제가 살리실릭애씨드, 소듐시트레이트 및 소듐클로라이드 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명에 따른 수분 스틱형 화장료 조성물은 디스테아레스-100 IPDI 수상경도 형성제를 수상에 투입하였기 때문에, 보존 경도 안정도가 높고, 살리실릭애씨드, 소듐시트레이트 및 소듐클로라이드가 특정 비율로 혼합된 pH 조절제를 사용함으로써, pH가 안정화되고, 제형의 내구성(경도, 스웨팅)이 우수하며, 자극 완화제에 의한 피부 안정성 효과 또한 우수하다.
