PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system for an opening/closing device for an agricultural greenhouse which controls an opening/closing device to open/close while predicting a temperature in the agricultural greenhouse as needed to achieve high-level temperature-controlling properties.SOLUTION: The control system for an opening/closing device for an agricultural greenhouse 10 is a control system for automatically controlling an opening/closing device 104 for opening/closing part of the roof of an agricultural greenhouse 100 so as to perform ventilation and temperature adjustment in the greenhouse, and the control system includes: a temperature sensor 12 disposed in the greenhouse to measure the temperature in the greenhouse； a timer part 14； a predictive temperature-setting part 16 setting a predictive temperature H to be predicted in the future based on a current temperature measured by the temperature sensor 12 in every interval in a prescribed period of time kept by the timer part 14, and a past temperature in the past traced back for a prescribed period of time； and a predicting opening/closing control part 26 (18) which controls the opening/closing device to open/close by a prescribed width while using the predictive temperature H set in the predictive temperature-setting part 16 every interval in a prescribed period of time kept by the timer part, and a target temperature T preliminarily set up, as decision elements.
